Yes and Yes: There are 3 options, none of which you should use "just 'cause." there's a ct scan of the coronary arteries - worst option because the stent scatters the xrays. There's a repeat cath with dye injection (angiography) and there's a repeat cath with something called ivus which uses ultrasound in the vessel itself to check on the vessel. There's a new thing called oct too which also needs a cath.

Depends: I assume you are asking is there a non-invasive test to check for restenosis. The non-invasive test to check for restenosis would be either an exercixe or nuclear stress test. An invasive test requiring a cardiac catheterization can use an ivus (intravascular ultrasound) to examine the stent by ultrasound. Paying attention to symptoms that occur can also give indication of restenosis.
