See below: For relapsing c. Difficile colitis I use a 6 week vancomycin taper 125 mgs 4x/day for 14 days then the same dose every other day for 14 days then the same dose every third day for 14 days. I use probiotics vsl#3 and florastor 1 capsule each twice a day for the same 6 weeks. If this treatment fails I use fecal transplant therapy. Good luck to you.
