Nursing bra: Nursing bra can make it easier when you breast feed your baby. Usually at leadt cup size bigger than your usual size is recommended. Maternity store would be most helpful if you are purchasing this for the first time.

The one you like: Get one you like and that fits and is comfortable. The lactation bras are nice with the flaps that open...It doesn't matter as long as you are happy. Nursing pads are important as well...It is nice to have them when the flow starts!
