Under supervision they are safe drugs. Doctors first evaluate you, your physical as well as your emotional health prior to prescribing medications. Add exercise, eating well, relaxation techniques and good sleep higyene.

Antidepressants: Antidepressants are beneficial for treatment od depression. Antidepressants can have severe side effects and require monitoring by the treating psychiatrist.
