Do we have any knowledge about a decreased/lowered activity in the brain's prefrontal cortex due to antidepressant (ssri, etc.) use?

Good ? Little Info: Determining therapeutic versus side effects is always complex. Data on such issues, by current limited technology, would require both animal studies & lots of detailed metabolic PET scanner plus comparative autopsy studies to partially sort out.
