I had a compound fracture on my leg right above my ankle 4 months ago. i haven't been to physio yet and its still a bit stiff. is it still fixable?

Fracture: I need a bit more information regarding your question. When you asked is it fixable do you mean the fracture has not healed or are you inquiring about whether the stiff ankle can be improved?

Maybe: Your prognosis is difficult to predict without seeing x-rays and examining the injury. Pt is always a good idea after a substantial injury . Sooner is better than later to avoid fibrosis and joint stiffness.
