Fracture: I need a bit more information regarding your question. When you asked is it fixable do you mean the fracture has not healed or are you inquiring about whether the stiff ankle can be improved?

Maybe: Your prognosis is difficult to predict without seeing x-rays and examining the injury. Pt is always a good idea after a substantial injury . Sooner is better than later to avoid fibrosis and joint stiffness.

If its well: Healed then therapy will play important role in range of motion, gait and strength. Speak with your surgeon about it.
