Many possibilities.: Sweat can smell like whatever you have been eating. Some vitamins and medications can do it too. Or if you have diabetes, that can do it. Certain types of bacteria can also break down sweat into proprionic acid, which has a similar structure to Acetic Acid (the acid found in vinegar). If dietary change and stopping/changing medications doesn't solve the problem, see your doctor.
