Vinegar & Sweating: It very well could be a type of sensetivity or allergy. As long as there is no difficulty breatihng, swallowing, shortness of breath, lip swelling, chest pain...I would not be too concerned. To test this theory, one could try a course of OTC allergy med for a week and try the vinegar again ansee what happens. If no sweating on the allergy med, most likely type of allergic reaction.
