Can't tell: If all your workup was normal, it was normal. Stability cannot be determined by a single evaluation. Pvcs every sixth beat or so is not considered an unstable rhythm. However, further evaluation may need to be done to determine the cause, if possible. See your doctor.

I get PVCS and have POTS. If I get my heart rate to 110bpm with exercise I'm ok. BUT if I get hot like sat in sun and my HR goes to 110bpm I get TONS of PVCS, why? Structurally normal heart by echo, ECG and normal bloods and electrolytes?
