Skin Care: Nope. Please do not irritate, bother, or in any other way mess with the wart. Get it treated at your family doctor's office.

Not really...: You are just temporarily covering it and it can actually sometime irritate the skin. It can still spread internally and with the skin irritated, you risk spreading it to others as well. Warts are viruses.

NO warts are a virus: Since they're a virus, they can spread via your immune system. You need to get your immune system to notice the wart to fight it off. That's why compound w is an acid, or duct tape irritates the skin enough for your body to fight it. Some people are more susceptible to warts than other.
