Get evaluated: Tvwould be easy to just tell you to take some over the counter remedies but we can miss certain diagnosis and delay proper treatment, pls see your doctor, you may even need to see a GI specialist for.This.

Pain after eating : Associated with vomiting makes me think about severe gastritis/ gastric ulcer and cholelithiasis/ gallbladder disease. I will recommend you to see a gastroenterology asap for a possible endoscopy. A quick abdominal ultrasound will help. Your primary care physician should be coordinating your care.
