Arthrofibrosis: You have what's called arthrofibrosis caused by your prolonged immobilization. The next step for you is physical therapy aimed at restoring your range of motion. If this is not effective you may need a manipulation under anesthesia or an arthroscopy to break up the scar tissue. Let's hope you get it accomplished through physical therapy. Good luck!
