High BP: You should not go by a single blood pressure reading to diagnose hypertension. The diastolic (86) reading is not normal slightly high, it is within pre-hypertension range if consistent. Your heart rate is slightly above normal. Again, repeated readings should be done. See your doctor for evaluation.
