It might be,,: If you've got kidney stones, part of the reason may be that your fluid intake is low. This may explain your constipation and the blood in your urine is likely due to the stone and may also be helped by more fluid intake. At any rate you should see your doctor fast about this so you can get treated and stop permanent kidney damage. Good luck.

Medication induced?: Oxycodone (percocet) is most likely the cause of your constipation. It's so common usually i put all patient on either fiber, or a medication call senna. Try to minimize the oxycodone (it's very addicting anyway) and an pickup some fiber or senna at the local store. You can also take miralax (polyethylene glycol). This is great but can sometime take up to 3 days to get a full effect.

Not likely: Is not likely related to your kidney stones. The only possible relationship would be if you were taking narcotic medications to control the pain as they are known to cause constipation.
