A member asked:

My 2 month old has bad gas and gets really bad cramps and can't get it out, how can i help her? she screams in pain all the time.

Prevention first: Try to use low flow nipples, burp frequently, try low lactose or no lactose formula. Don't overfeed. Crying also causes her to swallow air, so even try to burp if she is crying. If already full of gas, gently rub abdomen in circular fashion to calm, warm (not hot) towel to abdomen. Do not use gas drops or suppositories as these can irritate more than help.
