I keep getting these red bumps on my scalp. they start out super sensitive and then scab & itch. my derm gave me clindamycin phosphate. not working.

Go back.: Clindamycin was a good first try, but in your case it didn't work. Your dermatologist will now have to run some cultures to determine the exact nature of the scalp infection, in order to prescribe a different antibiotic that will, hopefully, work on the second try.
