Alkalize: You must buffer the acid with an alkaline substance (e.g. Baking soda). A natural, healthy diet that is high in fruits and vegetables and low in red meat can decrease stomach acid production. Seek the input of a qualified nutritionist. Be careful of your mouth drying meds (xanax, zoloft). Those and reflux will melt your teeth. Avoid dietary sugars/acids. Increase Fluoride use and oral hygiene.
