NO Relationship: Side effects of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can be: dry mouth, initial decreased appetite, some weight loss, abdominal pain and discomfort if taken in empty stomach, nausea and sometimes vomiting, sleep disturbance. But after use for 2-4 weeks, all symptoms comes under control. If concerns, the starting dose can be made 20 mg, then 30.
