If to open: I am not sure but cardiac rehab and exercise could helpin developing collateral circulation to compensate what is closed. I hope you do not smoke, watch what you eat, take a statin drug and a baby Aspirin and have BP under control!

Not really: Cardiac rehab is not meant for opening epicardial arteries. Blockages or narrowing in these arteries is usually related to atherosclerosis which is really not a reversible process. Cardiac rehab has lots of benefits. Hope the following link helps. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/health-topics/topics/rehab/.
