Inflammatory: Chest pain that is sharp, positional, and increases with a deep breath is usually inflammatory in etiology. This may me pleurisy, costochondritis, pericarditis, or from a muscular strain. Your doc can help figure this out.

I have a very sharp pain on my chest/ribs, it stings so hard when I move so I should be still , its been going on for years now. The doctors found nothing on the blood tests, x-ray and they said my heart is fine so they just gave me pain killers.
Mon-Thurs Ive had chest tightness and Heart Palpitations. Went to the doctor Monday they did EKG and blood work & theyre fine ( potassium low ) Now faintness when I eat. tried famotidine and symptoms still here. Im anemic and have Sickle C Trait?
