I have a very sharp pain on my chest/ribs, it stings so hard when i move so i should be still , its been going on for years now. the doctors found nothing on the blood tests, x-ray and they said my heart is fine so they just gave me pain killers.

Sting: This sounds like a neuropathic problem. I understand your blood work and and radiographs are normal. Neuropathic pain is typically caused by microscopic changes. For example diabetic neuropathy has no specific xray abnormalities. Blood sugar would be elevated with that condition. However, many causes for neuropathy with normal labs. Seeing a neurologist would be of value.
