Maybe flat warts?: It sounds like you may be describing flat warts. Flat warts are caused by the wart virus and produce very small, flesh colored bumps in the affected areas. They tend to respond well to a prescription like imiquimod. Please see your dermatologist to determine if they are warts and what the best treatment would be.
