Holy land trip in summer. got real sick. did i just go through heat stroke?

HEAT STROKE: You dont describe your symptoms. Usually good hydration, protection against the sun, a review of all dthe medicines iis important. If there is paralysis or signs of brain malfunction pts need to go to the hospital. If therre is any limitation in speech or function of extremities will need physical therapy.
