Perlane (dermal fillers): Redness should last beyond 7 days. If this was not done by a plastic surgeon or dermatologist then find one of these providers for appropriate evaluation and treatment.

Antibiotics unusual: This sounds very atypical. Do you have any blisters or history of oral herpes? It could be an impending outbreak for which Valtrex (valacyclovir) may be a better option. Infections are very unusual and antibiotics are not typically prescribed for this. Off label use of hyaluronidase may be useful for persistent symptoms.

Not best for lips: Parlance is not the best filler for lips because it is firm and can make a lumpy appearance plus there is significant swelling The steroids will help and the swelling normally resolves in 2 weeks or less. If yu really hate it this can be reversed with hyaluronidase but give it time. Also the lips filler will only last a few months
