Need info: As long as you have the use of your right foot you should be able to drive in the same way that you did prior to surgery.

DWI: Interestingly, if stopped by police, you can be given a ticket for Driving While Impaired, the impairment being the boot or cast, even if it's on the left foot. Just an FYI.
