Cosmetic/painful?: If the feet are painful and the width is caused by a bunion(bump below the big toe) and/or a bunionette(bump below the small toe), then yes these can be removed to narrow the foot. If it is just cosmetic then the surgery is not a good idea since you could have more pain after the surgery.
