See details: This is a complex situation. First otc Estrogens are worthless and you should stop them. The chronic sinusitis is intriguing and may or may not be related to your recent joint and neurologic symptoms. Seek medical evaluation and ask them to do an anca test. Consider a rheumatology opinion.
