Needs HIV test: It's impossible to say without examining the patient, and there are certainly a lot of reasons other than aids to have dark spots on the body. That being said, with a known exposure to hiv, it is crucial that both of you get tested. Please take care i yourselves and get checked asap.

Get tested: Dark skin scars don't tell you anything about his HIV status. But you should both get tested, and should be using condoms if you don't know each other's HIV status.
