Needs eval: There are multiple causes of dizziness, and a good exam with a multidisciplinary approach is best to diagnose the cause.

Many: There are many causes of 'dizziness'. But perhaps you can elaborate on the symptoms. Does she feel like she's going to pass out? Lightheaded? Room spinning? Ringing on the ears? There are central (from the brain) and peripheral (outside the brain) causes. Usually sudden onset is peripheral; but if she has not been evaluated by her doctor, make sure she sees her doc.
