Cellulitis: Without more specifics, i would be concerned about a bacterial infection of the skin called cellulitis. I see you are a diabetic, and that increases the concern about cellulitis. Proper evaluation is necessary so appropriate treatment can be initiated. Usually, oral antibiotics can be successful but occasionally cellulitis in diabetic patients can expand quickly and may require intravenous meds.
