I took 20mg of inderal (propranolol) instead of 10mg 4 hours ago.i feel good but my left arm is kind of numb.could it be from inderal (propranolol) or just my anxiety disorder?

Possible anxiety: Possibly due to anxiety. Keep checking your heart rate and if possible blood pressure. If not better or if symptoms get worse see your doctor.

Likely anxiety or: Something else. Even though the dose was doubled, it shouldn't have an adverse effect. Inderal (propranolol) is a pretty benign drug. The toxic dose of Inderal (propranolol) is about 1 gram or 100 10 mg. Tablets.

Probably not med: 20 mg of Propranolol is not a high dose. It may cause dizziness or low blood pressure if you are sensitive or have low baseline heart rate and/or blood pressure. Left arm numbness is probably not due to this medication. If this symptom is not a typical symptom associated with your anxiety, would recommend getting evaluated as soon as possible.
