Depends on: The doctor doing the procedure. I like using ct scan guidance with ct fluoroscopy. I think ct is most accurate.

C-Arm Guided: Fluorscopic guidance is much better than ultrasound for this type of procedure. Bone is not well visualized on ultrasound.
