Micturation syncope: There is an entity called micturition syncope which is passing out after urinating. It tends to occur in men with enlarged prostates who "push" to get the last bit out. This results in a valsalva maneuver which can cause a vasodepressor reflex with heart rate slowing, vasodilitation, BP fall, and loss of consciousness. Not sure if this applies to you?
