No way: Sugar occurs in simple and complex forms. Simple sugars like glucose, sucrose and fructose are like rocket fuel to the bacteria that make a cavity in your tooth. Why fuel them to damage you? Unfortunately, by nature, a cavity collects food, which is difficult to get out. Don't postpone your filling and reduce their simple sugar intake both now and later. Improve your hygiene get sealants asap.

Sugar: Sugar causes tooth decay. Eating more sugar will cause more decay in the problem tooth and other teeth.
