Question is unclear.: I am not sure what you mean by rotator cuff numbness. If you mean numbness about the shoulder that is most likely coming from your neck. Possibly from a pinched nerve. This type of problem definitely requires an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon. Good luck.

Varies: Numbness is usually a neurological symptom. The two most common causes of numbness in the shoulder would be a pinched nerve in the neck (cervical radiculopathy) or involvement of the Axillary nerve near the shoulder. Don't hesitate to be seen.
