Generally not: The majority of sexual side effects from the ssri antidepressants resolve after the medication is stopped. Sometimes, they ease up with time while still on the medications, sometimes we add other antidepressants such as bupropion to counter the sexual side effects. Please consult with your treating physician to get this remedies.
