Any of the above: Difficult to understand what you are asking or what you are experiencing and when. Are you having fever, diarrhea, muscle pains, headache, etc.? How much alcohol are you drinking? Any of the things you suggested may be causing your symptoms, but without more info impossible to diagnose.
