Nonspecific.: The west nile rash looks like many other viral rashes - red bumps and patches, spread over most of the body. Most people with west nile have no symptoms at all; but if you have such a rash, plus other viral symptoms (fever, headaches, fatigue, muscle pain or aches, malaise, nausea, vomiting, etc.) see a doctor promptly.
