You can: Some labels say it's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach, before a meal that contains some fat. http://tinyurl.com/mot8f55 however, you have more stomach acid in that condition -- and some probiotic species don't survive that although others do. I take mine right after a meal. :-) you can take Omeprazole ; probiotic together, but it's better to avoid Omeprazole if you can.
