Can clomifene help if menopause has started?

It is unlikely: Clomiphene is used to help enhance ovulation. Menopause is the time period where there is decline in egg production and therefore, decreased ovulation. A decline in fertility is noted to start around age 35 on average while menopause usually occur around age 52.
