Don't use wo help: The drug is indicated for induction of ovulation in women and to induce production of sperm in men. Side effects: blood clots, multiple pregnancies, severe visual disturbance. Ovarian cancer with long term use. Less serious side effects: flushing, abdom distention, nausea, vomiting, bresat tenderness, blurred vision, headache, pelvic pain.
