Can h pylori cause dizzy spells?

Not directly: H pylori is a bacteria that causes peptic ulcer and by itself it will not cause dizzy spell if not accompanied by ulcer with its symptoms of pain and burning and sometimes bleeding sometimes may cause dizziness.But if you are just a carrier of h pylori without an ulcer, it does not cause any symptoms and no dizziness.
