Here goes: A seizure is an electrical storm that causes shaking or blackout & is treated with special meds to prevent recurrence. A mini stroke might be a small area of brain damage on a ct scan without symptoms, but care is needed to prevent more damage. A TIA (transient ischemic attack) is temporary stroke-like symptoms due to a blood clot but no actual brain damage. Also needs care to prevent progression.

Different: Simply put, a seizure is an abnormal electrical activity of the brain. Tia is caused by disruption in blood flow to a part of the brain causing temporary impaired function.
