Nothing by itself: I often with that percentages weren't even reported on blood counts -- it generates confusion. Both neutrophil and lymphocyte levels fluctuate chaotically. If both are anywhere near the reference range, and no abnormal white cells showed up on smear, you're best not to worry. Life is difficult enough without trying to find meaning in a lab report where there probably is none.
