RBC: High neutrophils might indicate infection or effect of medication, low lymphocyte might indicate effect of medication or abnormality in lymphocytes, low rbc might indicate anemia or effect of medications.

Tough to answer: We often see lab results that show high or low counts or percents of either blood test. It really depends on your health and how high your total WBC is. There can be a lot of variation and it can be a misleading result. You should check with your doctor for a detailed explanation.
