What could low platelets, low neutrophils and high lymphocytes mean?

See your doctor: It depends on how high the lymphs are and the total wbc. There could be a number of causes of this count, some serious and some not so serious. It could be anything from a viral infection to a form of leukemia. Your doctor should review the count with you.
