Motrin: If you mean if you can safely taken a Motrin 600 mg and then within two hours take another Motrin i think its ok if this is very uncommon and your md approves it.

Yes: 600 mg of Ibuprofen is well within the safe range. If you have WPW, the things to avoid are caffeine, smoking, and alcohol, as they can cause abnormal heart beats and precipitate an abnormal rhythm. Hope this helps!
