Unnecessary risk.: Nyquil (acetaminophen, dextromethorphan, doxylamine, pseudoephedrine); advil pm (diphenhydramine, ibuprofen). Diphenhydramine together with doxylamine may increase drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, flushing, decreased sweating, difficulty urinating, abdominal cramping, constipation, rapid heart beats, confusion, and memory problems.
