Accidental mixing: It's probably fine. If the ibuprofen bottle is almost full and you essentially diluted one dose of loratadine into it, it's not going to have much impact on the concentration of the ibuprofen but significantly reduce the concentration of the loratadine. If you are still concerned, then just throw it out and start new for your own peace of mind.

Not Dangerous BUT...: The answer is there will be a teaspoon of claritin (loratadine) mixed in with the ibuprofen. While neither medicine will be changed, you will be giving that along with the ibuprofen each time. If you do choose to use it, dont give claritin (loratadine) at same time as when you use that ibuprofen.
