Hard to say.: Most bald spots on the head are caused by something called alopecia areata, which is a harmless, self-limited condition. But aa doesn't usually burn, so it could be something else that will need a personal examination to determine precisely. I suggest that you see a dermatologist and get a precise diagnosis.
